Meet the ESA Board of Directors
Ted Duckworth, Chairman
Ted is the President and CEO of Duckworth Realty, Inc., a Jackson based Commercial Real Estate firm that works around the Southeast. In addition to serving on the board of the Greater Eastover Neighborhood Foundation (GENF), Ted serves as the current President of the Eastover Security Association (ESA) and serves on the Board of Downtown Jackson Partners and the Jackson Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife, Cherry, and four children and are very active members of Bellwether Church.
John Howie, Treasurer & Security
John is a Senior Vice President of Corporate Lending at Trustmark National Bank, where he has worked for nineteen years. His volunteer service includes the Board of Directors for Country Club of Jackson, the Arthritis Foundation, and the Kindney Foundation. He and his wife, Adrienne, are the parents of three sons.
Natalie Smith, Director
Natalie has been a leader in the television advertising industry since 1992 when she returned to Jackson after working for the Walt Disney World Company. She started with Love Communications Company in the local cable advertising business as an Account Executive. She joined the Hearst Television family in 2005. A Jackson native and a Jackson Preparatory School graduate, Natalie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Mississippi State University. She is the wife of Chuck Smith and the mother of two children, Avery and Denton Smith. She is a member of Christ United Methodist Church and serves on many community boards.
Finney Moore, Secretary
Finney currently serves on the board of the ESA. Her current affiliations include the Ole Miss Alumni Association, Junior League of Jackson sustaining member, First Presbyterian Church, Delta Delta Delta alumni and the Country Club of Jackson. Finney volunteers at Gateway Rescue Mission. Finney and her husband Jimmy are lifelong residents of Jackson. They have 4 children; Sanford, Thompson ,Harrison and Luci.
David Sanders, Director
David holds a Bachelor of Administration degree from the University of Mississippi and a Juris Doctorate degree from the Mississippi College School of Law. He has been actively engaged in the management of privately-held assets, including timber, oil and gas interests, commercial real estate, and financial assets for over forty-five years. David is a long-time member of the Board of Trustees of St. Andrew’s Episcopal School and served as Board chairman from 1989-1992. He is the former President and a current member of the board of the Mississippi Children’s Home Services. He is the founder and former President of the Eastover Neighborhood Association, as well as the founding Chairman of Bookfriends, the support group for the University Press of Mississippi. He and wife Toddy are the parents of three children: the late Robert David Sanders, III, Catherine Ruth Sanders, and Jillian Porter Sanders.
Warren Speed, Director
Warren is the Chief People Officer of Blake Management Group, is on the board of Business and Industry Political Education Committee (BIPEC) and serves as a Deacon at First Baptist Church Jackson. He served as the first Chairmen of the Greater Eastover Neighborhood Foundation. Warren and his wife, Marla, have four children that swim for the River Hills Sting Rays and attend Jackson Prep and First Presbyterian Day School.
Todd Dunbar, Director
Tom is a 1981 cum laude graduate of Millsaps College. He is a practicing attorney with Dunbar Law Office, P C. He is married to Mary Yerger Dunbar with three children Thomas 21 , Wirt 20, Mary 16.
